HEAD of the Expert-Engineering Sector

        The Expert and Engineering Sector (EES) is a structural subdivision of the STC “STU-ENGINEERING”, focused on conducting technical examinations, assessing the condition of industrial facilities, and providing consulting services. The EES deals with the analysis of technical devices, materials, buildings, and technologies, including facilities that have exceeded their normative service life, in order to determine their further operability, ensure safety, and support innovative projects in industry. The EES covers expertise, passportization, and consulting in the field of industrial engineering, with an emphasis on safety, extension of facility service life, and the introduction of new technologies. The EES integrates engineering knowledge with expert assessments to optimize production processes and launch new technological solutions.

Main functions of the EES:

- conducting expertise of technical devices (machines, equipment, mechanisms, etc.), technologies, and materials used at industrial production facilities, including those that have exceeded their normative service life, to determine the possible further service life: comprehensive assessment of the condition and characteristics of devices, technologies, and materials using diagnostic methods to establish the potential for extending operation and minimizing risks;

- conducting expertise of the condition of buildings and structures (bridges, overpasses, etc.) at industrial production facilities, including those that have exceeded their normative service life, to determine the possible further service life: analysis of the structural integrity of buildings and structures, including visual inspections, instrumental measurements, and calculations, to justify the possibility of further use;

- conducting expertise and passportization of technical devices and equipment (preparation of duplicate passports, supplementation of passports): performance of expert assessments followed by preparation of technical documentation, including the creation of duplicate passports or their supplementation with up-to-date data to meet regulatory requirements;

- consulting on the construction of production enterprises, as well as the launch of new technological lines, transport-technological, and logistics schemes: provision of consulting services on planning, design, and implementation of industrial facilities, including optimization of technological lines, transport, and logistics systems to increase the efficiency of production processes;

- conducting expertise of simulation tests in the licensed ANSYS software: evaluation of modeling and simulation results in the ANSYS software environment, including analysis of virtual tests (including those performed in pirated versions of the software), for verification of technical solutions –
